Terms and Conditions
Effective date: November 3, 2026 Last updated: November 3, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of revivalrxpartner.com (the "Site"), our booking calendar, our strategy calls, and our related phone, text and email communications. They are an agreement between you and Revival Rx Partners LLC, doing business as Revival RX Partners ("Revival RX Partners," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or booking a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of a clinic or company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
1. What we provide
Revival RX Partners provides business education and implementation support to licensed healthcare professionals and clinic operators who want to add or grow service lines. The Site, our videos and our strategy calls give general business information about pricing, packaging, operations, staff training, marketing and patient follow-up.
Nothing on the Site, in our videos or on our calls is medical, legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or financial advice. You should consult your own qualified advisors before acting on any information we provide.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Our programs are intended for licensed healthcare professionals, clinic owners and their authorized staff. We may decline to provide services to anyone at our discretion.
3. Strategy calls
- Booking a strategy call is free and does not obligate you to buy anything.
- You agree to give accurate, current information when you book, including your name, contact details and clinic information.
- Please reschedule or cancel using the link in your confirmation if you cannot attend. We may decline future bookings after repeated no-shows.
- If we offer you a program, its scope, price, payment terms and refund terms will be set out in a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the program.
4. Clinical and pharmacy disclaimer
Revival RX Partners does not practice medicine, diagnose or treat patients, prescribe, manufacture, compound, sell or dispense medications. Any medications are prescribed by independent licensed providers and fulfilled by independent licensed pharmacies, such as 503A patient-specific compounding pharmacies or 503B FDA-registered outsourcing facilities, under applicable law. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed.
You and your licensed professionals are solely responsible for:
- licensing, scope of practice, supervision and credentialing;
- patient evaluation, informed consent, prescribing and all clinical decisions;
- complying with federal, state and local laws, including laws on advertising, the corporate practice of medicine, fee-splitting, anti-kickback, pharmacy, telehealth, patient privacy (including HIPAA) and consumer protection.
Requirements vary by state. Please do not share patient-identifiable information with us unless a separate written agreement covers it.
5. Results and testimonials
We do not promise or guarantee any revenue, profit, patient volume, review count, launch date, regulatory outcome or other result. Revenue examples, calculations and projections on the Site or in our videos are illustrative, use assumptions that may not apply to your clinic, and are not a promise of earnings.
Case studies and testimonials describe the experience of specific businesses. They are not typical, and your results will depend on factors such as your market, pricing, team, patient base, compliance and effort. Where a case study describes a system we provide, results achieved by others do not guarantee similar results for you.
6. Communications consent
Email and phone. By booking a call or submitting a form, you agree that we may contact you by email and phone about your request and the call you booked. Text messages. If you check the consent box on our booking form, you agree to receive automated text messages from Revival RX Partners about your appointment, such as confirmations, reminders, requests to confirm attendance, reschedule links and follow-ups. Marketing texts are sent only if you separately agree to them. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of booking a call. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy. You agree that we may communicate with you electronically and that electronic notices meet any legal requirement that they be in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- submit false information or book calls on someone else's behalf without their permission;
- submit patient medical records or other protected health information through the Site;
- copy, scrape, frame or harvest content or data from the Site by automated means;
- interfere with the Site's security or operation, or try to gain unauthorized access to it; or
- upload malware or send spam through our forms or messaging.
8. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including videos, scripts, frameworks, calculators, graphics, text, logos and the Revival RX Partners name, are owned by Revival RX Partners or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site for your own internal business evaluation. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish or create commercial derivative works from our content without our written permission.
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.
9. Third-party services
The Site uses or links to third-party services, such as scheduling, video-conferencing, payment, messaging and advertising platforms, and may refer to independent pharmacies or providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, products, services or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site, our videos and our strategy calls are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revival RX Partners and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, patients or business opportunities, arising from or related to the Site, our videos, our strategy calls or your reliance on them. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a free strategy call will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct. Paid programs are governed by the liability terms in their written agreement.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Revival RX Partners and its owners, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or the clinical services, prescribing, advertising or regulatory compliance of your practice.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to try to resolve the dispute informally by written notice and good-faith discussion for at least 30 days. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and each party consents to their jurisdiction. Either party may bring an eligible claim in small claims court.
14. Changes, suspension and termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Changes apply from that date; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may restrict your access if you violate these Terms.
15. General
These Terms, our Privacy Policy and any written program agreement are the entire agreement between you and us about their subject matter. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
