Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 3, 2026 Last updated: November 3, 2026
Revival Rx Partners LLC, doing business as Revival RX Partners ("Revival RX Partners," "we," "us," or "our"), operates revivalrxpartner.com (the "Site"). We provide business education and implementation support to licensed healthcare professionals and clinic operators. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we disclose it to, how long we keep it, and the rights and choices you have, including the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA").
This policy covers the Site, our booking forms and calendar, and our phone, text, email and video-call communications. It does not cover a separate written services agreement you sign with us; that agreement and this policy apply together if you become a client.
1. Notice at collection (summary)
| What we collect | Why | Kept for |

| Call scheduling details, messages and notes from our conversations | To run the call, answer your questions and keep a record of what we discussed | Up to 24 months after our last contact with you; longer if you become a client |
| Device, browser and usage data, cookies, pixel and ad-click data | To run and secure the Site, measure ads and show relevant ads | Up to 24 months; platform retention set by each provider |
| Contract, billing and project records (clients only) | To deliver services, invoice and meet legal and tax duties | 7 years after the engagement ends |
We do not sell personal information for money. We do share limited device and browsing data with advertising partners (such as Meta) for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law treats as "sharing." You can opt out at any time; see Section 8.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, fill out a form, text or email us, or join a call, we may collect:
- Identifiers: first and last name, email address, mobile phone number.
- Professional information: clinic or business name, your role, clinic type, approximate number of active patients, services you offer, and similar business details you choose to share.
- Communications: the content of messages, emails, call notes and scheduling details, including your replies to appointment reminders.
- Transaction information (clients only): services purchased, invoices and payment status. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site we and our service providers may collect:
- IP address, approximate location derived from it (city or region, not precise geolocation), browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, video-viewing activity and links clicked.
- Advertising and campaign data, such as UTM parameters, click identifiers and whether you booked a call after seeing an ad.
- Cookies, pixels, tags and similar technologies (see Section 6).
Information from others. We may receive information from advertising platforms (for example, that you clicked one of our ads), from scheduling and CRM tools we use, and from people who refer you to us.
Patient information. Our forms and calls are about your business, not your patients. Please do not send us patient names, medical records or other protected health information. We do not intend to collect it, and if we receive it by mistake we will delete it.
Sensitive personal information. We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose any sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Schedule, confirm, remind you about and run strategy calls, including sending video-call links.
- Respond to questions and requests and follow up after a call.
- Assess whether our programs fit your clinic and prepare for the conversation.
- Provide our services, manage client relationships, and send invoices (clients only).
- Send information about Revival RX Partners programs, events and resources, where permitted by law and your preferences.
- Operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site, our forms and our communications.
- Measure the performance of our advertising and show relevant ads, subject to your opt-out rights.
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We will not use your personal information for materially different, unrelated or incompatible purposes without giving you notice.
4. How we disclose information
We disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, only as needed for the purposes above:
- Service providers and contractors that process information on our behalf under written contracts, including website hosting and content delivery, CRM and marketing automation, calendar and video-conferencing, email and SMS delivery, analytics, payment processing, and cloud storage. They may not use it for their own purposes.
- Advertising partners such as Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), through pixels and server-side conversion tools, to measure ad results and show relevant ads. This is "sharing" under the CCPA; you can opt out (Section 8).
- Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities and others when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, safety or property, or that of others.
- A successor business in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
- Anyone else with your direction or consent.
Text messaging. Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We share them only with service providers that deliver messages on our behalf or when required by law.

Appointment texts. Separate consent is required for marketing texts. Consent is optional and is not a condition of buying anything or booking a call. Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 12. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Email. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We will still send messages about a call you booked or services you bought. Calls. We may call you about a call you booked or a request you made. If we ever record a video or phone call, we will tell you at the start and ask for your agreement first, as California law requires.
6. Cookies, pixels and similar technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, tags, server-side conversion tools and similar technologies to:
- keep the Site and booking calendar working (strictly necessary);
- understand how visitors use the Site and the video (analytics);
- measure which ads lead to booked calls and show relevant ads (advertising), including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and ad-tracking tools from our advertising service providers.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working. You can also manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser. Because there is no common industry standard for "Do Not Track" signals, we do not respond to them separately; GPC is the signal we honor.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:
- Leads and booked-call records: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Client contracts, invoices and project records: 7 years after the engagement ends, for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Opt-out and do-not-contact records: as long as needed to honor your request.
- Website analytics and advertising data: up to 24 months; third-party platforms apply their own retention periods.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer reasonably be linked to you.
8. Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we disclosed it to.
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
How to opt out of sharing. Click "Your Privacy Choices" in the Site footer, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us at the address in Section 12 with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
How to make other requests. Email us or call us using the details in Section 12. Please tell us which right you are exercising.
Verification. To protect your information, we will verify your identity by matching information you give us (such as your name, email and phone number) with the information we hold. We may ask for more information if needed. You do not need to verify your identity to opt out of sale or sharing.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request. We may require written, signed permission from you and may ask you to verify your identity directly with us.
Timing. We will confirm receipt of a request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will tell you why and may take up to 45 more days. Opt-out requests are honored within 15 business days.
Shine the Light (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83). We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. California residents may contact us with questions about this.
Residents of other states. Depending on where you live, you may have similar rights under your state's privacy law, including rights to access, correct, delete and opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a denied request. Contact us using the details in Section 12 and we will respond as your state's law requires. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision; we will answer the appeal within the time your state's law requires.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
10. Children
The Site and our services are for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We review this policy at least once a year. When we make changes, we will post the updated policy here and change the "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we will give additional notice, such as a notice on the Site or by email.
